As Management Support you will focus on proactively supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and work closely with the leadership team on a wide range of initiatives and business-as-usual activity.


This role carries a degree of autonomy, so we are seeking a self-motivated person with high levels of initiative and the capability of working at a senior leadership level. Other key skills needed include:

  • interpersonal savvy and a team player; adept at working collaboratively at all levels of the organisation.
  • organisational agility; able to adapt at pace to the changing needs of the organisation
  • facilitation and relationship management skills; comfortable working with managers across the organisation to achieve outcomes.  
  • well-developed communication skills; a confident communicator with excellent writing skills
  • the ability to think broadly; make well informed decisions and work to tight timeframes
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to see the big picture; join the dots and make timely recommendations especially in times of ambiguity
