Exciting things are happening at Inland Revenue and we have a fantastic opportunity for a high performer to join our Workforce Information & Intelligence team.


The Workforce Information & Intelligence team is a diverse team focused on using data to help Inland Revenue better understand its people and inform operational and strategic decision making. We are a team of analysts, psychologists, advisors, designers, and system administrators, and we are looking for a business savvy research and evaluation guru to join our team.


You will be leading the development of our active listening approach, that will inform how we listen to and understand our people at Inland Revenue, designing a sustainable solution that serves our needs today and will stand the test of time as we progress our transformation programme.


You don't have to have specific experience in HR, but you will need to have:

  • the ability to tackle complex problems, break them down into solvable components, and come up with business savvy solutions
  • a proven ability to develop compelling business cases, manage successful projects and deliver beyond expectations
  • demonstrable ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders
  • excellent written and persuasive skills


The ideal applicant would also have:

  • significant survey design experience
  • experience of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
