The People Transition Hub (PTH) was established to facilitate the different pathways and processes that are required to transition our people through our significant Business Transformation (BT) Programme.  Due to high volumes of work, we are now looking to grow our team with 2 additional HR Advisors who will report through to the PTH Operations Team Lead.

 

The role of the HR Advisor is to provide operational HR support throughout the various stages of management of change.  Working with the wider team, you will deliver resources and materials to support the change to ensure a consistent and transparent process for individual's outcomes.

 

The role has a strong team delivery focus with multiple demands where you'll have to maintain productive working relationships with the team and ensure work is completed to the highest possible standard within agreed timeframes. Workflow will also fluctuate. Some days will be long and busy, others not so much. We are looking for someone who is comfortable to go with the flow.

 

We will be looking for you to demonstrate your:

 

  • Agility in managing competing priorities and jumping from one task to another
  • Strong attention to detail and can prioritise own workload
  • Ability to critically analyse information, make effective recommendations and offer pragmatic solutions
  • Knowledge of people transition/change management/organisation design and the ability to apply that knowledge in the BT environment;
  • A real team player

 

Duties could include, but not be limited to:

 

  • Responding to written queries from staff about organisation change
  • Checking accuracy of written communications
  • Intranet content being up to date and fit for purpose
